十年，既不算长，也不算短，却足以改变一个人、一件事、一段人生。许多成就并非一蹴而就，十年前播下的种子，如今或已开花结果，或仍在茁壮成长。但只要不放弃，终会迎来丰收的季节。

在岁月的流转中，YS Autoworld以家族生意为起步，经历了无数的跌宕起伏：从创业初期的艰难，到不断突破的瓶颈，每一步都充满了努力与坚持。尤其在MCO时期，公司更是面临巨大挑战，但公司全员展现了无比坚韧的团队精神，一起克服困难共度难关。这种同舟共济的精神让我深受感动。

更让我感恩的是，此次有机会为YS Autoworld制作企业纪录片。这不仅是一部记录奋斗历程的影片，更是一份精神的传承，让员工心怀希望，携手为公司、个人和家庭创造更美好的未来。

疫情后面对市场的大转变和不确定，生意确实不易为。

当大企业减少对劳力的依靠转而拥抱高端科技来提高生产力时，中小型企业就需要抱团取暖，互相整合资源，以最快和最少的成本提高竞争力。

短短的2个小时企业交流毕竟不够。很多企业在会后都逗留继续互相做进一步的交流和对接。

第一次远程协助一个健康讲座的线下筹备工作和线上宣传工作。唯有亲身经历并参与才能真正的体会其中的不容易。最不容易的就是要“再学习”和“管好自己的饮食”。其实方法简单只要坚持正确的饮食，但是那个对很多现代人就是不简单。
