Here's the thing, Boot Camp Assistant only works if you have an Intel-based Mac allowing to boot up a Windows OS; what about the latest Mac that runs on Apple Silicon CPU? Afraid not - there's several VM options like Parallel (paid) or UTM, as for myself I am using the ... VMWare Fusion Tech Preview.
