After 2 years of dedicated service and leadership in Penang, Dato’ Alwi has consistently demonstrated strong commitment, professionalism and close engagement with the community. His contributions and leadership have played an important role in strengthening collaboration, public confidence and meaningful community partnerships throughout his tenure in Penang.

I am honoured to have shared meaningful moments with Dato’ Alwi over the years, including receiving Certificates of Appreciation during the Penang Contingent Police Day celebrations in both 2025 and 2026, reflecting the strong support towards community-focused initiatives.

This Earth Day, we’re reflecting on the incredible power of collective action. We saw this firsthand during our World Cleanup Day initiative in Penang. This effort was part of Clean Cities, Clean Nation—a flagship initiative by Acquire in collaboration with Yayasan Modal Insan Harta and the City Council of Penang Island.

By teaming up with amazing partners—the Malaysian Association of Hotels, Buddhist Tzu Chi Merits Society Malaysia, the Penang Hikers Group, other corporate partners, and our dedicated volunteers, we successfully removed over 158.9kg of waste 💪!

Special thanks to Datuk P. Kamalanathan, Founder & Chairman, and Mr. Syed Mohammed Idid, Deputy Chairman of PRactitioners Malaysia, for hosting such a well-curated and meaningful gathering.

It was an honour to be in the presence of distinguished leaders including Tan Sri Johan Jaaffar, Datuk Abdul Kadir and Datuk Dr. Marimuthu Nadason, President of the Federation of Malaysian Consumers Associations.

We are proud to share that our Founder and CEO, YBhg. Dato’ Ashok Rudy Ratnanesan, paid an official courtesy visit to the Penang Chief of Police, CP Dato’ Ts. Azizee bin Ismail, at the Penang Contingent Police Headquarters 🤝.

This honourable visit marked a meaningful engagement focused on the exchange of insights and the strengthening of strategic relations between the corporate sector and law enforcement authorities. Discussions centred on enhancing collaboration and identifying opportunities to advance community safety, security, and overall societal well-being.

The visit was further marked by the presence of Dato’ Goh Guek Eng, Managing Director of Hotayi Electronic (M) Sdn. Bhd., and Mr. SJ Tan, Vice President of Operations & Managing Director of Jabil Malaysia.
