What are the requirements?
Here are the Applicant Eligibility requirements:
🖥️ Your SME is at least 60% owned by Malaysian(s)
🖥️ Your SME is registered under the relevant laws of Malaysia
🖥️ The SME has been in operation for at least 6 months
🖥️ The SME has a minimum average annual sales turnover of RM50,000
What do you need to apply?
These are documents you need to prepare:
📝 Completed SME Digitalisation Initiative Applicaiton Form
📝 Copy of Identity Card or Passport of Director(s) / Partner(s) / Proprietor(s); whichever applicable
📝 Copy of business registration licenses (CMS, Form A/B, Form 24 & 49, M&A or any similar forms under the Companies Act 2016)
📝 Audited financial statement for the last financial year and latest management account (if any) or evidence of sales turnover
Company’s bank statement for the last 2 months
📝 Company’s profile (if any)
📝 Invoice / Billing and service agreement from authorised vendor listed by MDEC
📝 Any other information and documents as and when required by the bank
