All submissions must comply with the following requirements:

𝟭. 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆 𝗜𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗘𝗹𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀
Inclusion of the ASEAN Clean Tourist City Award 2026–2028 logo
Official slogan: “Kuantan Bandaraya Indah Lestari dan Bahagia”

𝟮. 𝗤𝗥 𝗖𝗼𝗱𝗲 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁
A QR code must be displayed at the bottom corner of the visual

𝟯. 𝗝𝗮𝘄𝗶 𝗧𝗲𝘅𝘁 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁
Jawi text is mandatory
Must be of equal or larger size than the Rumi text

𝟰. 𝗟𝗮𝗻𝗴𝘂𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝗛𝗶𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵𝘆
Bahasa Kebangsaan must be at least 30% larger than other languages

Applicants are required to obtain the BL2 Form via the official MBK portal or directly at the MBK service counter.

To ensure a smooth approval process, it is strongly recommended that all artwork and layout designs are prepared in accordance with these guidelines prior to submission. Non-compliant designs may result in delays, revisions, or additional costs.

Why "Standard" printing isn't enough for your brand 🛑🎨

Most people think printing is just "ink on a surface." But at Phua Advertising, we know that the number of layers determines whether your sign looks professional or amateur.

Here is our 1-2-3 guide to choosing the right spec for your shop:

1️⃣ The 1-Layer (CMYK Only)
The Look: Translucent. If you put this on a window, the background light makes it look "ghostly" (see the right side of our Cendol photo).

Use it for: Temporary decals or when you want a see-through effect.

2️⃣ The 2-Layer (CMYK + White Underbase) – Our Most Popular
The Look: Solid and vibrant. We print a white "canvas" under your design. This stops the light from passing through, making your colors 100% punchy and visible.

Use it for: Standard window graphics, logos, and food photography (see the left side of our Cendol photo).

3️⃣ The 3-Layer (CMYK + White + CMYK)
The Look: The "Pro" Spec. It’s a 3-layer sandwich that either makes the graphic look perfect from both sides of the glass, or provides the density needed for Lightboxes so they don't "bleed" light and look blurry at night.

Use it for: High-end storefronts and LED lightboxes that need to stay sharp 24/7.

Weather Alert: Outdoor Installation Update 🌧️

Following the recent heavy rainfall warnings from the Malaysian Meteorological Department (MET Malaysia), Phua Advertising is proactively rescheduling our upcoming outdoor installations.

We understand that delays are frustrating, but we refuse to compromise on two things:
1. Your Long-term Quality: Industrial adhesives and sealants require dry surfaces to cure properly. Installing in the rain risks the longevity of your signage.
2. Team Safety: Working with electrical wiring and height equipment in wet conditions poses significant risks to our crew.

Our team is currently contacting affected clients to arrange the next available dry slot. Indoor production remains on schedule.
