ACCOUNTS CUM ADMIN ASSISTANT ไผ่ฎกๅ

Job Description
1. Assist Accountant with basic bookkeeping and accounting tasks.
2. Enter data from daily work logs into the companyโs general ledger.
3. Handle accounts payables, fixed assets and inventory.
4. Collect, sort, check and input supplier invoices.
5. Assist in preparing application form for financial activities example banker acceptance application, telegram transfer, fixed deposits replacement, foreign investment etc.
6. Prepare reconciliation for suppliers.
7. Handle communication with suppliers, customers and internal departments.
8. Prepare Lot payments and staff claim.
9. Send statement of accounts to customers and follow-up calls on overdue invoices.
10. Assist with auditor for documents requested.
11. Maintain petty cash records.
12. Fixed asset verification.
13. Assist in stock take.
14. Work closely with receiving and sales support department.
15. Manage company's and directorโs credit card.
16. Handle admin task e.g. renew license, filing, organize office mail etc.
Qualifications & Requirements: -
1. Possess positive working attitude with less supervision.
2. At least 2 years in accounting field.
3. Possess at least SPM or Diploma in Accounting or equivalent.
4. Detail-oriented personality.
5. Strong in communicate and write in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
6. Proficient in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
7. Added advantage with knowledge in Access UBS Accounting and Inventory System.
8. Multi-taskers with goodtime management.

RM2,200 to RM2,500 per month
Working hours:
Monday to Friday: 8.00 am to 5.00 pm
Saturday: 8.00 am to 12.00 pm
