FACTS Sheet About The Brother GTX Printer.
The majority of pretreatments are formulated with chemicals that can react to dyes and or softeners that with exposure to light such as sun light or some artificial lights may stain the area of pretreat permanently. However, this does not happen with all shirt colors or even the same shirt color between different brands. If you have experienced an issue with a product, you will want to advise a customer to wash prior to use or displaying garment; pretreat is a water-soluble solution and if the garment is washed, this should not happen. If you are experiencing pretreat staining right after the heat press, you will want to profile a garment for best amounts. You can review how to profile this on our support video https://vimeo.com/295082933
