2026 Inaugural Asia-Pacific Health Qigong Championship 2026
Notice on Volunteer Recruitment
To support the sustainable and healthy development of Health Qigong in Malaysia, our Association will organize 2026 Inaugural Asia-Pacific Health Qigong Championship 2026. Volunteers are now invited from the public to support the event. Details are as follows:
I. Event Information
1. Sanctioning Organization: International Health Qigong Federation
2. Organizing Body: Malaysian Health Qigong Association
3. Dates: 12β17 June 2026
4. Venue: Kuala Lumpur
II. Service Information
1. Number of Volunteers Required: 50β80 volunteers
2. Service Period: 6 days during the event (participation by groups is allowed)
Volunteers may choose one of the following service categories:
1. Full Event: 12β16June 2026
2. Arrival & Opening: 12β13 June 2026
3. Competition Days: 14β15 June 2026
4. Forum Day: 16 June 2026
5. Departure: 17 June 2026
6. Scope of Service: Transportation, guidance, protocol/ceremonial duties, logistics, operation of ICT equipment, and assistance for international teams.
7. Due to the uncertainty of international flight arrival and check-in times, or unforeseen circumstances during the event, service hours may be required in the early morning or late at night.
8. Relevant training will be provided by the Organizing Committee.

III. Basic Requirements for Volunteers
1. In principle, aged between 18 and 50 years.
2. Priority will be given to local or international university students (current students, fresh graduates, and alumni).
3. In good physical condition.
4. Able to fulfill assigned service duties.
5. Possess basic courtesy and a strong team spirit.
6. Able to comply with event arrangements and service schedules.
7. Possess basic English or Mandarin communication skills (for simple daily communication).
8. Interested in serving international sports events, with a serious and responsible attitude.
IV. Benefits
1. Provision of a unified volunteer uniform.
2. Meals provided during the volunteer service period.
3. Opportunity to gain international event service experience and receive a certificate.
V. Application Procedure

2. Training and rehearsal schedules will be announced separately.
3. Limited slots available; first come, first served.
4. Signing of the Volunteer Consent and Declaration Form is required.
VI. Selection and Deployment
1. The Association will determine the final list of selected volunteers based on available positions and event requirements.
2. Deployment schedules will be arranged according to the specific requirements of each position and actual circumstances.
