First of all, Happy Lunar New Year in advance! 😍
Had this pleasure to tried out the New Year Eve buffet dinner at The Light Hotel’s Grand Ballroom, amazing dishes served.
From their main course to dessert, everything is well presented.
The most highlighted dish here: Pun Choy~~~ with lots of food varieties in one section, it’s enough to make you full!
Of course don’t forget their Yee Sang too; and many more traditional Chinese dishes! You can have lots of prawns, mussels, scallops, even lobsters here. No worries if you’re allergy to seafood, the buffet also inclusive of roasted chicken rice, super delicious (like one of the best) halal Char Kuey Teow, steamed fish, dim sum and more!
Another highlight of the buffet I guess will be the Hot Pot! It comes with choices of tomyam, curry and clear soup, which you can choose your own ingredients to cook with it, sounds tempting right! 😋
For my own preference, I actually loved their Indian food section: Nasi Briyani. As I don’t always get to eat that, their Briyani is really good, also to mix with the curry!
That’s really too much to eat, but don’t forget to save your tummy up for some desserts okay. My all time favorite, cheese cake! Yes they have it here at the buffet, as well as the mini fruit tart, I loved that.
A lots more to try, do consider to come over and discover yourself! Too bad I can’t finish trying everything 😵😵
