Digital Designer (Campaign & Motion)

We’re not here to make pretty posts.
We build brands that move, adapt, and live in the real world.
We’re looking for a Digital Designer who can think, execute, and deliver — not just experiment.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
Design for digital: social, campaigns, websites, and platforms
Create work that stops scrolls and holds attention
Bring ideas to life through motion, interaction, and visual systems
Execute and adapt designs across multiple formats and touchpoints
Collaborate with copywriters and creatives to build complete ideas

HOW YOU WORK AT W3RK
You don’t design in isolation — you build from direction
Work closely with Art Directors to develop and refine visuals
Translate ideas into strong, consistent executions across platforms
Handle multiple tasks across projects with clear timelines
Work within a structured project management system with full visibility
Deliver work that is not just nice — but ready, usable, and on time

WHAT YOU NEED
Strong eye, sharp taste, no boring energy
Solid in Adobe CC, Figma, After Effects (3D is a bonus)
Understand digital behaviour — not just aesthetics
Able to move fast, think clearly, and execute consistently
Portfolio that shows ideas carried through, not just isolated visuals

We’re looking for a Creative Copywriter who can turn direction into clear ideas, strong narratives, and work that actually lands.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
Write sharp, scroll-stopping copy across campaigns, social, and digital
Turn insights into ideas, and ideas into structured storylines
Develop campaign directions, tone of voice, and messaging frameworks
Work closely with designers to bring ideas to life — not just hand over words
Pitch ideas that make people say “that’s it”

HOW YOU WORK AT W3RK
You don’t wait for instructions — you translate direction into clarity
Take creative direction and turn it into:
Clear campaign routes
Narrative directions
Messaging structures before design begins
Work alongside Art Directors to shape ideas visually
Support production by adapting and refining copy across formats
Work within timelines, briefs, and a structured workflow — not chaos

WHAT YOU NEED
Strong ideas > long sentences
A point of view — not generic brand talk
Fluent in English (Chinese is a bonus)
Understand culture, trends, and how people actually speak
Portfolio that shows thinking, not just writing
