Dear friends and fellow Malaysians from all over the world,

As tomorrow is Merdeka and most of you will patriotically post photos and images on social media of our beloved Malaysian flag, DO NOT MAKE THIS MISTAKE!!!

Most of you will be tempted to pick a photo of a Malaysian flag or something like this cute image I have attached here to show your patriotism but ALWAYS CHECK TO SEE IF THE FLAG IS CORRECTLY DESIGNED OR YOU COULD/WILL VIOLATE MALAYSIAN LAW!

This image below looks perfectly designed but if you check carefully the 14 states represented by the coloured lines should start with the red one on top and end with the white one at the bottom. This one has an extra red one at the bottom! Thats 15! Mana lagi satu negeri?!

Also the star next to the crescent moon should have 14 points but this only has 12! This is also wrong. 😞

We all should know this by heart now but please also share this with the little ones so they don't make this mistake also 🙏

Palliative care is dedicated to relieving the symptoms and stress of serious illnesses, ensuring patients and their families receive compassionate support during the toughest times. Hospis Malaysia guided the family in caring for Datin Yogeswari, providing essential items that were taken back once she passed, ensuring resources remained available for others in need.

TYT Tun Dato’ Seri Utama Ahmad Fuzi bin Haji Abdul Razak received a courtesy visit from YB. Tuan Ahmad Fahmi bin Mohamed Fadzil, Minister of Communications and Chairman of the Special Committee for the King’s Coronation Events, at Seri Mutiara today.

The courtesy visit with TYT Tun was to present the instrument of royal invitation to the Coronation of the 17th King of Malaysia which will take place at the Istana Negara on July 20.

Also present were YBhg. Datuk Awang Alik bin Jeman, Senior Deputy Secretary General, Prime Minister’s Department and Chairman of the Coronation Committee; YBhg. Datuk Rozainor bin Ramli, Chief Officer Of Ceremony, Ceremonial & Protocol Section, Awards & International Conference Section, YBhg. Tan Sri Syed Danial bin Syed Ahmad, Keeper of the Rulers’ Seal and Secretary of the Conference of Rulers and YBhg. Datuk Azuan Effendy bin Zairakithnaini, Datuk Paduka Maharaja Lela (Grand Chamberlain) of Istana Negara and Ceremonial Officer of Istana Negara.

Today’s meeting provided Dato’ Ashok Rudy Ratnanesan with an opportunity to reconnect with YB. Fahmi. Their previous meeting was a poignant one, as YB. Fahmi attended the funeral of Dato’ Ashok’s mother, the late YBhg. Datin Dr. Yogeswari Thambaiya, to pay his respects as the MP for Lembah Pantai, the constituency in which Datin Yogeswari resided.

A memorable moment from the past was when YB. Fahmi held a town hall meeting in Bangsar which was attended by Datin Yogeswari. During the event, she presented YB. Fahmi with a meticulously crafted portrait made with diamond dots. The gesture deeply moved YB. Fahmi, who was touched by the time and effort it took to create such a beautiful piece. He was so impressed by the portrait that he hung it in his office in Putrajaya.

Seeing Dato’ Ashok again today, YB. Fahmi offered comforting words, recalling their previous meeting and expressing his condolences.

TYT Tun Dato’ Seri Utama Ahmad Fuzi bin Haji Abdul Razak was granted an audience with His Majesty Al-Aminul Karim Sultan Sallehuddin Ibni Almarhum Sultan Badlishah at Istana Anak Bukit, Kedah.

This marked a historic moment as it was TYT Tun’s inaugural visit.

The palace, resplendent in its grandeur and meticulously adorned from the entrance to its interior, provided an exquisite and magnificent setting befitting the gravity of every meeting held within its walls.

YBhg. Dato’ Ashok Rudy Ratnanesan, who was also present, shared in the profound honor and privilege of setting foot in this esteemed palace.

This courtesy visit not only exemplifies but also fortifies the close and longstanding relations between the states of Penang and Kedah, thereby emphasising the deep respect and mutual regard that exist between both regions.

Earth Day 2024

Busy rushing to plant lime plants and landscape shrub in Jawi, Penang for the 1 Million tree planting event in Penang initiated by TYT Penang and executed by Yayasan Amal TYT, Penang Exco for Environment, YB Dato Seri Sundrajoo and many others state agencies, NGO’s, corporates and private individuals.

We managed to get 30k plants to green Penang today so we have done our part. 🌳

TYT Penang thanks those who have contributed time, money and effort to make this campaign a success ⭐️

Malaysia Book of Records is auditing the event and will update tonight if it has broken the Malaysia Record 💪🏻

Really blessed to spend the first day of Raya with TYT Penang and family with our distinguished friends.

The last 3 years accompanying TYT to the mosque on the first day of Raya and witnessing the power of collective spirituality as I have with my own faith is deeply rewarding… it’s the same but different if you understand what I mean 🙏🏻

Penang has an eternal place in my heart ♥️
