It started with an email.

A message from Motor Neurone Disease (MND) Malaysia telling us about Khairul, a 42-year-old warrior living with Motor Neurone Disease.

MND has taken so much from him. His strength, his mobility and much of his ability to speak. But there is one thing it could never take away: his love for Chelsea Football Club.

Khairul has been a Chelsea supporter for as long as he can remember. Today, he uses a wheelchair and has very limited movement. But the moment we heard his story, we knew this wasn’t simply about football. It was about giving someone a moment he would carry with him forever.

So we got to work.

ShekhinahPR, together with Motor Neurone Disease (MND) Malaysia and TEG Sport, set out to make his dream possible, bringing Khairul from Selangor all the way to Sultan Ibrahim Stadium in Johor for the opportunity to meet the Chelsea players he had watched and supported for so many years.

And on matchday, that dream became reality.

Khairul met the Chelsea squad. His jersey was signed. His dream came true.

Beside him throughout the journey was his wife, Liyana, holding his hand and sharing every precious moment with him.
This is why we do what we do.

Not for the cameras.
Not for the headlines.
But for moments like this.

Our heartfelt thanks to Chelsea FC for welcoming Khairul so warmly and to MND Malaysia and TEG Sport for working with us to make this unforgettable journey possible from start to finish.

Some dreams do not need words.
They just need someone willing to help make them happen.
