Off the bat, know the difference between ads and stories in content creation. Do ads to create awareness. But tell stories to build your brand. They both complement each other, not replace the other. Some marketeers seem to think an ad is branded content - it is not. Have a separate strategy for content. People are more inclined to listen to stories, and that's how they will come to know you, and love you. Don't take the short cut of just doing short form ads that you hope will lead to engagement and conversion. That's just wishful thinking.
