Act as the primary bridge between our international clients and our internal teams. You ensure client satisfaction, retention, and campaign success.
For the Account Manager role, the focus shifts from "hunting" new leads to nurturing relationships and ensuring the strategy actually delivers results for the client.

โคClient Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact for global B2B clients, conducting regular check-ins and strategy reviews.
โคCampaign Strategy & Oversight: Collaborate with the Outreach and Content teams to ensure campaign ex*****on aligns with the clientโs specific business goals.
โคOnboarding & Retention: Lead the onboarding process for new partners and proactively identify opportunities to scale or renew existing accounts.
โคPerformance Reporting: Analyze campaign data to create clear, value-driven reports that prove ROI and provide actionable insights.
โคProblem Solving: Act as the internal advocate for the client, quickly resolving any bottlenecks or strategy shifts to keep campaigns on track.
โคCross-Team Coordination: Work closely with the Dhaka hub teams to ensure deliverables (graphics, copy, lead lists) meet our "aggressive" quality standards.
