- Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2 – 3 working days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high vo
lume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via phone call.
- Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation notification once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
- Customs, Duties and Taxes
Amsden & Teddy is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (Tariffs, taxes, etc).
- Damages
Amsden & Teddy is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please take a photo on the damage product and send it back to us immediately. We will contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
- International Shipping Policy
We currently do ship outside Malaysia. Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for visiting Amsden & Teddy. You are entitled to cancel your order without giving any reason before your payment is done. For any print jobs that are processing or has been processed, Amsden & Teddy are unable to offer any form of refunds. If you are not completely satisfied with the print jobs from us, you may contact us within 5 days from the collection date. Please not that we are not responsible for:
- Spelling, punctuation or grammatical errors made by the customer
- Inferior quality or low-resolution of uploaded images
- Design errors by the customer in the document creation process
- Errors due to “non-compliance” of artwork check list
- Errors in user-selected options such as choice of finish, quantity or product type
- Color Proofs, due to differences in equipment, paper, inks and other conditions between color proofing and production runs, a reasonable variation in color (within 10%) between color proofs and the completed job will be deemed acceptable unless otherwise agreed
Return Procedure
1. Take a photo on the print job or bring it back to us
2. We will highlight the problems to the specific supplier and waits for finding. (Please allow us 2 working days, or may be longer depending on the type of problems)
3. We will monitor and update on the status
4. If it is qualified for a reprint, we will proceed to reprint the print job with the normal production time line starting from the next working day when the reprint was granted
