That time we popped by Joyce Shih’s serene Home Pilates studio at The Stories, Bukit Tunku for F1 Recreation Malaysia.

The studio is so chill with birds chirping, natural light streaming in. Her journey has been interesting but the key is to pursue what you love while continue learning and improving.
