1. 好的图片或标题設計
好的廣告除了選對主要目標客群之外,再來就是要有好的設計,才能夠打動人心。试问你自己刷脸书时是不是给一些很美/很特别的照片或标题而点击进去看看?如果是的话那请问好的设计重要吗?
2.反复的A/B測試
不論你是不是非常專業下Facebook廣告的專家,都一定要測試不同的廣告設計和你的鎖定目標。每次你生成一個新的廣告活動,廣告內容應該至少要有一組實驗組和對照組測試。
舉例來說,你可能會有2種不同的圖片和2種不同的文案,二者搭配組合起來就會有4種不同的結果。如果時間不夠生成兩組文案或是圖片,至少也要有一種控制變因,去看不同的廣告類型之成效表現,才能知道你的目標消費者對哪一類廣告會採取行動。
3. 免費的力量
如在第一點提到的,人們害怕失去,也總是在找尋「免費」的好康。當我們用「免費」二字在廣告裡面,通常都會很有效,不過這並不代表你一定要提供免費的商品。比方說,像是Plated下面這則貼文,點兩套餐點就能夠獲得4項免費食物,以及免運的優惠。

2. 鎖定的族群不夠精準

很多人在設定廣告時總不夠精確地去想他們的主要目標客群長的樣子。這裡並不是指他們的長相,而是主要目標客群的喜好。你可能會有幾種不同類型的族群想要鎖定,如他們的性別、職業、年紀,而在生活裡或是工作中可能遇到最大的問題是什麼、會想要解決什麼樣的問題,而你又能提供他們什麼樣的解決辦法,是讓他們會想要購買你的商品或是服務的。一旦你建立好買家的喜好之後,就可以直接針對不同族群的需求,在廣告中直接戳中他們的痛點。

3. 鎖定的族群樣本數不夠大

廣告的目的無疑是為了要讓更多的人看見你,並期望未來這些人都能成為你的消費者。但是當你鎖定的族群樣本數不夠大的時候,想要透過廣告帶來實際的轉換確實是有困難度的。當然,這和產業的結構、對該商品或服務有興趣的使用者之市場大小本身也有很大的關係。

這裡我無法告訴你鎖定的族群樣本數明確的人數要多少才算是夠大,但是一般來說,會希望人數至少要超過10萬以上,可是切記鎖定的族群要夠精準。

2. 相關性高(relevant)

給他們一個動機吧!你的價值主張應該要很有說服力,如果你只是說「全世界最棒的三明治」可能不會讓人們想造訪你的粉絲頁,但如果你提供八折優惠可能他們就會來了。或者,你也可以加入一些社會認同(social proof),例如「今天趕快來嚐嚐,每年都有一百萬人愛上的三明治!用這張折價卷再給你八折優惠」。

4. 明確的行動呼喚(call-to-action, CTA)

漂亮且有相關性的廣告是好的,但如果沒有 call to action,會讓你的讀者不知道接下來要做什麼。加入行動呼喚,例如「現買現省 X%」、「限時特惠」、「賣完就不追加」等字眼,在你的廣告中加入急迫性,發動你的讀者想立刻點擊廣告,這才是有效的 CTA。
