We are courier agents for Poslaju, DHL, DHL ecommerce, TNT, Aramex and couple more courier brands.
We're looking for enthusiastic, passionate and incredible team players, to join us as CENTRE ASOCIATE.

+ 2 working shifts.10am-7pm and 12pm-9pm
+ Sunday & Selected PH Off
+ Able to Speak BM & English
+ Basic Salary (RM1600 to RM1900) + Sales Commission
+ Great working Environment!

Responsibility:
- Handling Customer transaction, over the counter for Courier and Packaging services.
- Packing contents for shipping.
- Manage parcel scan in for Lazada & Shoppee drop off service.
- Handling courier brands software system for courier entry purpose.
- Handling cashier duty.
- Handling customer service / customer cases via face to face, phone and email.
- page updating of Social Media postings and FB Live.
- Monitor and attend to daily shop operations.
- Communicating with courier brands when comes to monitoring cases and operational issues.
- Able to handle heavy parcels
- Training will be provided.
