Naga DDB Tribal

Naga DDB Tribal Yeah, we're an ad agency. Like us and follow our misadventures in this crazy industry. See what takes place behind agency walls and behind the work. Naga DDB Sdn.

Bhd. Company No: 198501001875 (134322-K) We're NagaDDB. An ad agency made up of about 140 people. Give or take 10, since we haven't found replacement for some who have gone somewhere else. We do ads, we do projects, we do stuff to build brands and we do stuff to have fun. Well, we try. Our mantra is 'Make love. Not ads.' We sound like a walking contradiction don't we? But it basically means we try to do stuff people love. And it can come in many different forms. Ok, enough of this self-promo. Like us, and follow our misadventures. We'll try to give you a glimpse of what takes place behind the scenes.

Walaupun panas, walaupun penat,
jaga hubungan sampai melekat.

Power doesn’t always arrive loudly.

Sometimes it looks like someone mentoring a junior, staying back to help a teammate, asking the right question that unlocks the best idea, or showing kindness to each other during tough days.

At Naga, we see that power in our women every day.

This International Women’s Day, we honour the women who shape our work, our culture, and the people around them — often in ways the spotlight never fully captures.

🏆 Kancil Awards 2025: Agency of the Year

The fourth time in 40 years.

This one feels special.

Not because of a single campaign, category, or client, but because the wins came from across business hubs, disciplines, and teams, despite the year we had. Our people stepped outside their comfort zones, made the best out of it, and made it count.

36 wins from 78 entries.
A near 50% hit rate.

It was a year of pressure, and it asked a lot more from us… And we answered, together.

To our clients, partners, and every creative, and suit, who busted their ass on these cases: this is your win.
We’ll take it. Gratefully. Proudly. And hungry for what’s next.
