Meet Ming, our Account Director and firm believer that some of life’s best ideas happen outdoors.

Whether he’s camping under the stars, unwinding by the river, or hunting down a really good cup of coffee, Ming appreciates the slower things in life. At work as one of our Account Directors, he’s the steady hand keeping projects on track, bringing clients and creative teams together, and making sure great ideas move from conversations into reality.

Just don’t ask him to eat coriander, make him listen to nails on a blackboard... or borrow his pen unless you’re prepared to give it back.

“Life is a lesson.”

Kah Menn contains multitudes. Creative Director by profession. Lizard catcher by circumstance. Part-time bird feeder. Full-time foodie.

He’s passionate about good ideas, good cars, good pan mee, and absolutely not having coriander or spring onions anywhere near his food. His playlists swing between Malay jiwang classics and Little Mix, which honestly explains a lot about his range as a creative.

Also, if you’re a roadhogger or have a kapcai with an unnecessarily loud exhaust, just know you’ve probably ruined his day.

Fair warning: we take the small stuff seriously around here. The font, the copy, the colour… yes, all of it.

Behind every piece of work is a team that genuinely cares too much, debates too long, and somehow loves every second of it. The chaos is real, but so is the craft.

Everything has a reason. We just have a lot of fun finding it.

“Do it once, do it right.”

Meet Raymond, our Account Director, unofficial office dad, and extremely committed timesheet enthusiast.

He’s the kind of person who can discuss campaign timelines, Naruto lore, and watches with equal intensity. A law grad by background and a perfectionist by nature (Capricorn, what can we say), Raymond keeps things moving with precision and a slightly concerning passion for task tracking.

Powered mostly by prawn mee, nasi kerabu, and the satisfaction of things being done properly — and absolutely not listening to people chew loudly near him.

Also: mayonnaise and pets are both hard no’s.

“What?!” - Jeff, 2026

Meet Jeff, our Design Director, professional aesthetic guardian, and self-proclaimed forever 25-year-old.

When he’s not leading the visual direction at BnBC, he’s probably reading comics, craving ramen, daydreaming about opening a café, and me-time. Meanwhile, mosquitoes, pests, and anyone forcing others to clear their plates are things he finds aggravating.

In the middle of all that, he still finds time to be the steady hand behind a lot of BnBC’s visual work.

(Also, if his daughter randomly calls just to say hi, everything else immediately pauses.)
