The Grand Asian Chess Challenge (GACC) returns for its 27th edition, continuing its legacy as one of the most prestigious student-organized chess tournaments in Asia. Hosted by Second Residential College of Universiti Malaya, this event serves as a platform to unite brilliant minds from across the region.
This year’s theme, “Alice in Wonderland: Sicilian Dragon,” symbolizes the duality of the game - the creative wonder required to envision new possibilities, and the aggressive, calculated strategy of the famous Sicilian Defense.
