Transformation of IOI City Mall and its surrounding landbank by IOI Properties.
IOI City Mall is a shopping mall located in Sepang District, Selangor, Malaysia, which was developed by IOI Properties Group Berhad and opened in November 2014.
It is positioned as a "mid-upper-class mall" to draw about 3.1 million people especially from the southern corridor of Putrajaya, Cyberjaya, Kajang, Bangi, Seri Kembangan, Serdang, Puchong, Bukit Jalil and Subang Jaya.
Phase 2 of the mall completed and opened last year on 25 August 2022, with Phase 1 and Phase 2 combined, IOI City Mall is the largest regional mall in Malaysia with a total net lettable area of 2.5 million sq ft.
