Your Responsibilities
★ Evaluating marketing campaigns and monitoring competitor activity.
★ Carrying out market research and customer surveys to assess demand.
★ Identify potential opportunities in customers
★ Accomplishes sales and marketing objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and trade promotion programs by complying with developing field sales action plans.
★ Responsible for tasks such as managing sales and marketing strategy.

★ To guide team to achieve personal/group/company target
★ To train and guide team members

Requirements
✔ Minimum 3-5 years in sales & marketing with experience in Labels & Stickers printing industry.
✔ Able to speak in Malay, English and/or Mandarin.
✔ Computer literate : MS Words, MS Excel skills are required.
✔ Excellent selling and networking capability
✔ Excellent organizational and planning skills
✔ Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
✔ Strong analytical skills to understand key business indicators and competitive trends and develop approaches to these challenges
✔ Positive attitude and good communication skills
✔ Posses own transport, willing to travel.
