Imagine icy cold water, crisp fresh air and a breath-taking mountain view during your camping trip.

Well, you’re in for a treat, as Farali and Shakilla Khoriri bring you to stay at the river side of Sungai Melangkap, setting up camp at nohutu_ecotourism

Formed indirectly due to the devastating earthquake in 2015, the catastrophe caused geological changes to the terrain and the locals took this opportunity to promote its new environment.

Surrounded by the bluest river and the most majestic view of Mount Kinabalu, our hosts settle down and take a much needed break before embarking on their outdoor activities later. What’s a roadtrip without drama and conflict? As they begin to unpack and prepare to cook, Farali realized that she has left something important for the trip.

What happens next? Will it dampen their preparation for a jungle trekking adventure?

Off we go across the South China Sea, again. This time, we’re off to Pulau Gaya. Located in Kota Kinabalu, Pulau Gaya is the largest island in Tunku Abdul Rahman National Park.

Accompanied by TV darling, Farali Khan, Baki Zainal will be diving in their effort to witness the conservation program being done around the area. This time, their mission is to search for giant clams, which are quite elusive unless you’re diving in good visibility.

First dive site, the ship wreck. Let’s hope we’ll succeed in our mission this time around.

Set your alarm and don’t miss out today’s Jom Dive, as our host Baki Zainal continued his journey to explore Malaysia’s diving havens. Next stop, Pulau Lang Tengah.

This time, Baki Zainal will be diving with beautiful actress Elvina Chua as they look to explore Pulau Lang Tengah in Terengganu. The island is one of the many Terengganu’s privately owned Malaysian islands where only a few travelers find their way. The island is appreciated due to its remoteness, unfiltered beauty, and seclusion.

Pulau Lang Tengah used to be the nesting ground for various types of turtles such as the green and hawksbill turtle. So it’s only natural that we made it our mission for a chance encounter with the majestic underwater creature.

Let’s join us in today’s Jom Dive and see if we succeed in our mission at Pulau Lang Tengah!

We set sail to Tunku Abdul Rahman Park as we look to explore the marine ecosystem in and around the park’s group of 5 islands. First stop, the enthralling Pulau Manukan.

For a place that’s quite close to the mainland, surprisingly there are quite a number of interesting dive sites. And eager to explore, Baki Zainal will be diving with a very special guest, Mark Hedger from diving international organization, PADI.

Diving in gazetted areas comes with a lot of regulations and limitations. For a start, you have to request for a formal permit in order to be able to dive in Tunku Abdul Rahman Park. As part of a national park, these islands are protected against pollution, exploration and fishing activities.

Let’s join our hosts as they bring the audience to explore the well preserved and well conserved marine ecosystem of Sabah.
