Axross Namibia - why us ?
We have decided to initiate this off-site reservations and marketing Company to assist any Hospitality Facility to help promote their product as well as assist in doing reservations for them. We work in collaboration with the facility on expanding the options for marketing as well as assist in delivering a 24 hour service on taking and making reservations for the facility. We found that sometimes a designated reservations staff member get pre occupied in administrative work and we have learnt from experience - quick response time usually lands the guest to book with that facility. Clear answers, basic rates, negotiable STO's but most of all, a friendly voice and face to respond. Recipe for success.
WE have been in the Hospitality business for nearly 35 years, that is why we know how to deal with most all of the related issues, especially reservations and marketing !
