Synergi Creative is looking for a Creative Lead to join our Cape Town team. This is a mid-level role for someone who knows how to carry an idea through from brief to final ex*****on with clarity, confidence, and craft.
You will work across both South African and Namibian brands, translating strategic thinking into strong, effective creative. This role sits at the heart of our process, requiring someone who can think conceptually, design with intention, and deliver work that feels both considered and impactful.
Reporting to the Head of Creative, you’ll collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team while taking ownership of your projects. You should be comfortable leading the creative direction on jobs, presenting ideas, and refining them into polished outputs across various platforms.
We’re looking for someone with a deep understanding of conceptualisation and design. Someone who can see the bigger picture, but also cares about the details. Someone who can balance creativity with practicality, and inspiration with ex*****on.
