Rewind to 1 June 1996…
One woman. One vision. One decision to simply begin.
When Anny Mouton opened the doors of Ogilvy Namibia, there was no guarantee of what would come next. Just belief, copious amounts of ambition, and the courage to start.
Thirty years later, that decision has become one of Namibia’s most enduring agency stories. And while we’re incredibly proud of where we’ve been, we’re even more excited about where we’re going.
The agencies that survive are impressive.
The agencies that stay relevant are rare.
Over the last three decades, we’ve seen industries shift, technology evolve, consumer behaviour change, and entire marketing models rewritten. Through all of it, we’ve continued to adapt, challenge ourselves, and help brands navigate what comes next.
We kick off Ogilvy Namibia’s 30-year celebration under one simple promise: Built for What’s Next.
In a world obsessed with what’s new, we’ve managed to stay relevant. We’ve evolved. We’ve adapted. We’ve kept moving.
That’s not luck.
That’s people.
That’s brave ideas.
That’s partnerships.
That’s a relentless willingness to keep asking what’s next.
Over the coming months, we’ll be sharing the stories, lessons, people, work, and moments that shaped us. Not to celebrate how long we’ve been here, but to explore what 30 years of evolution looks like and where the next chapter takes us.
The first 30 years made us.
The next 30 will define us.
