Ohhhhh what would the Red House be without our very own energy ball,
Babatjie, you are the heartbeat behind so much of what we do. The energy you bring into this office is unmatched: A constant spark that lifts everyone around you. From the way you show up for your team, to the Spur birthday songs (😳🤩), to the way you lead with intention, passion, and heart… it does not go unnoticed.
You’ve stepped into your role as our Events & Activations Lead with such strength and grace. The magic you create isn’t just in the events you pull off (although, let’s be honest, they are next level), it’s in the way you bring people together, the way you care, and the way you make everything feel meaningful.
You remind us daily what it looks like to lead with soul - whether it’s through your love for people, your deep sense of community, your faith, or your undeniable joy for life (and yes, your love for good food never goes unnoticed 😉).
You are so loved, you are so valued, and we are so lucky to have you in our world.
