For our first team-building session of the year, we were led by Xammi, a local creative brand that has mastered the art of organic and abstract scultpural ceramics, in a relaxing clay modeling session.

There were no instructions on what to build. Instead, we were encouraged to let our hands lead the way. This activity provided an even more perfect environment than the every day to laugh and converse freely, and in the process of pinching and coiling the clay, we found that we were sharing parts of ourselves with one another in new ways.
