Don't let people think you're in sales for one second.

give them value, in return, it lowers their resistance and makes you an authority and expert in your field.

If your answer is NO, then you're a NOBODY.

I parked in front of the mall sitting inside my car waiting for my wife to get a few items from the supermarket.

Coming my way from across the parking lot was what society would consider a tramp.

From his looks, he had no car, no home, no clean clothes, and no money.

There are times when you feel generous but there are other times that you are just not in the mood and don't want to be bothered.

This was one of those "don't want to be bothered times."

"I hope he doesn't ask me for any money," I thought.

He didn't.

He came and sat on the curb nearby but he didn't look like he could have enough money to even get a good meal.

After a few minutes, he spoke.

"That's a very nice car, you got there," he said.

He was ragged but he had an air of dignity around him.

I said, "thanks," and continued listening to the car radio.

He sat there quietly, and the expected plea for money never came.

As the silence between us widened something inside me said, "ask him if he needs any help."

I was sure that he would say "yes" but I held to the inner voice.

"Do you need any help?" I asked.

He answered in three simple but profound words that I shall never forget.

We often look for wisdom in great men and women and we expect it from those of higher learning and accomplishments.

I expected nothing but outstretched grimy hands.

He spoke the three words that shook me.

*"Don't we all" ?* he said.

I was feeling high and mighty, successful and important until those three words hit me like a twelve-gauge shotgun.

*Don't we all?*

I needed help.

Maybe not for bus fare or a place to sleep, but I needed help.

I reached in my wallet and gave him not only enough for bus fare but enough to get a warm meal and a few other things for the day.

Those three little words still ring in my ears today.

No matter how much you have, no matter how much you have accomplished, you need help too.

No matter how little you have, no matter how loaded you are with problems, you can give help.

Even if it's just a compliment, you can give that.

You never know when you may see someone that appears to have it all.

They are waiting on you to give them what they don't have -

*A different perspective on life,

*a glimpse at something beautiful,

* a respite from daily chaos, that only you through a torn world can see.

Maybe the man was just a homeless stranger wandering the streets.

Maybe he was more than that.

Maybe he was sent by a power that is great and wise, to minister to a soul too comfortable in themselves.

Maybe God looked down, called an Angel, dressed him like a tramp, then said, "go minister to that man inside the car, that man needs help."

*DON'T WE ALL?*

Help somebody, you are only a custodian of whatever you possess.

We come, we go; the in-between defines who we truly are.

My dear business people, with the way you're currently showing up on your business, if you're a product, will people buy you?

John talks about the law of connection!

for people to buy what you do, they must first connect to your message of hope.

There are people that are sick and tired of being sick and tired of where they are!

some are still living in shadows of their past!

your message could just be the solution they're looking for.

Inspire people with your message that there is solution to their problems.

this is how to connect with people in this space.

Not buy from me, buy from me!

people don't buy what you do.

they buy WHY you do it.

when people notice your message is all about you, yourself and your business, they will run away.

why not begin to document your message?

you read a book, listen to inspiring tapes and the likes, put it on a writing and share it with the people in your space.

The goal is 80% value and 20% business.

This is what will put you ahead of others in this Arena.

*CRABOLOGY*

The *word crabology* is coined from the word CRAB. Yes, the same crab that you know. There is something very interesting, yet wicked about crabs. If you had ever hunted crabs you would know that once you have two or more crabs in a basin, no matter how shallow, *you don’t need to cover because none of the crabs will escape.*

Leave them in the open basin for weeks, *none will escape, even though each of the crabs has the capacity to crawl out.* Now this is what happens; *whenever any crab tries to crawl out, the other crabs will instinctively pull it down*.

So, *they would rather die than to see one crab escape*; hmmmm! Therefore, the word crabology is synonymous *with - pulling down syndrome.*

If you research on this word you would likely see the sentence *If I am not free, neither would you*, *if I am not there neither would you*. This is *crab mentality and I think it is witchcraft!*

Sadly, many people in offices, market places, families, neighborhoods, schools, mosques, churches etc., have this mentality. So the word Crabology *is not about crabs, it is about us, humans.*

Crabology is the *study of the mental attitude, language and actions of individuals within a society who refuse to support others in their efforts to better themselves, their community, and/or their organization(s).*

You must *consciously deal with such mentality with the understanding that the candle you light can never reduce your brightness.* You must *build people around you, help people to succeed because transcendency is true fulfillment in life - helping others to be fulfilled.*

Desist from *talking people down instead use words that dignify others*. Celebrate people's achievements. *Man was made for the sake of another man.*

Never be happy that you are the only wealthy person around. It is actually very dangerous because whenever the poor becomes so hungry, the rich becomes their target. This is so common in Nigeria, people like to see others coming to worship and beg them for help.

Perhaps this is the reason our country is experiencing the challenges we have today. Don't be like that. Recognize that we have to *raise each other up not to crab one another down.*

Celebrate others' victories because *their victories cannot stop yours rather, it will hasten your own victory.* It is called the law of attraction: *What you admire you attract, but what you abhor you repel.*

*HOW TO GET A REFUND OF YOUR CASH AFTER BEING SCAMMED BY FRAUDSTERS.*
...Have you mistakenly or greedily sent 50k to get 100k in 5 minutes and then later realized that you have been scammed? And the scammer even went on to rub your ignorance on your face too?

HOW TO RETRIEVE YOUR MONEY AFTER YOU HAVE BEEN SCAMMED.

I am sharing a knowledge today on "Tips on how to retrieve your money after you have been scammed".

Please read careful and learn.

20% of social media users and shoppers have been scammed at one point or the other, either large bucks or small money and It's quite painful.

Many people don't always know what to do, so today am sharing with you things you do, when you realize a page you paid for a service or goods is ghosting you:

1. Screenshot all previous chats across all messaging app (IG and WhatsApp or FB).

2. Write out the Full name and account number of the page or person.

3. Go to the last notification your bank sent you after you made the payment (via mobile app or text) copy out the "TRANSACTION ID NUMBER".

4. Go to any branch of the scam artist's bank (the bank the scammer uses), ask to see the CUSTOMER SERVICE in charge of FRAUD.

5. If you can, print out all those chats with the scammer, and submit it.

While you are there, send an email to SCAMMER'S BANK and copy CBN FRAUD DESK ([email protected]) this will ginger the bank to take it up fast.

What should you expect from this? The culprit/suspects account will be PLACED ON HOLD. His BVN will be blocked permanently. No account will ever be opened neither will he be able to transact banking business in that name until he clears himself with the bank.

Meaning he/she cannot transfer or withdraw until they visit the bank, and when they do, the bank will contact the police and the suspect when proven guilty will sign a waiver allowing the bank to refund your money.

Nigeria has taken the next step for poverty!

it is revealed by the world poverty clock that 99million Nigerians out of the 201million Nigerians are living in extreme poverty.

Haven't you heard?

By next year February, 104million Nigerians would be extremely poor, this means each person's will lived below a dollar per day.

My question to you;

What steps have you started taking now to overcome this for 2022?

We're already connected into a faulty program that will put you in a life of repeating circles.

Our parents told us to go to school, study very hard, come out with good grades and get a safe secure job with benefits.

Covid-19 struck and people lost their earnings.

The 44th governor of Arkansas "mike Huckabee" said, "when you take away a man's job, how do you expect him to fulfill 1Timothy 5:8".

The only way to break out of this circle is to have a pipeline that connects you to your dreamland.

Remember, nothing will happen, until you tell yourself that,"I'm sick and tired, I need a change".

You have to keep trying and pushing boundaries. You'll fail a few times and people that said it can't work will say I told you so. Ignore them. Try again and be prepared for them to tell you it's not possible and to laugh at you again. One day, they will ask you how you did it.

I was reviewing the 'Ultimate MLM Blueprint For Massive Success' by David ledoux.

David told his story that so resonated with me on how to get started with a new team member in your network marketing business.

Where he shared how he started his first company in February 1987.

He was so excited to get started with sharing his business opportunity with people.

Then, he was living in a dormitory residence on campus at the University of Toronto.

He called 15 of his guys to his tiny jail-cell of a dorm room for his first meeting.

He had no training, no tools and no clue of what he was doing.

He was just ridiculed which made him madder.

At a time two Prospects, an engineer and a pharmacist told David that the company he was driving was an illegal pyramid and they're selling illegal drugs.

David ask them all to go away and the next 90 days became god-awful.

There was a time they would literally jeer at David in public, it was miserable.

Get your new distributor to swear that they will not contact a soul about the business until they are trained.

Help them get started with a solid duplicatable training system.

If you don't train them, don't blame them.

Trying to prospect every Tom, Dick and Harry to see if they would be open to your business is using the old and tired method of throwing mud on the wall to see which one would stick.

If you don’t know what people want, how can you possibly help them?

Sit down before the day runs out and do a needs analysis to know what your prospects really want.

It will help your marketing and sales message.

The problem you’re solving is better than your message of “Buy from me, buy from me” or “Join my business”

If your target market is looking for ways to relocate their families abroad, that is what you should be giving to them and not trying to let them see why investing in their village makes better sense.

It is not your job to create a desire in them.

Your job is to identify their desires and fulfil them.

And the only way to uncover their desires and want is by asking questions.

Questions are the answers!

Stop trying to sell Panadol to someone who doesn't have headache.
