people don't seek you, until you're valuable!
while your competitors do cheap and efficient marketing, focus on entertaining, delights, inspires and wow people in this space, this will put you worlds apart.
Don't let people think you're in sales for one second.
give them value, in return, it lowers their resistance and makes you an authority and expert in your field.
If you don't see yourself as a world changer and an educator in the lives of your customers and prospects, you'll turn your business into a "me too" business.
there's a lot of crowded, "me too" business in this space, with their "me too" messages, shouting... "BUY FROM ME"!
they have no clue, no knowledge, on how business is done.
Their mistake is that, they're trying to model what other people like them are also doing.
Allan Dib in his book 'The 1-page marketing plan', described this type of marketing as, "The blind, leading the blind."
Ask yourself this simple question;
If they take away my business name, and logo from my business, will people still buy from me?
If your answer is NO, then you're a NOBODY.
Remember, people buy from who they KNOW, LIKE & TRUST.
The goal is to have a good "U.S.P"...
U - Unique.
S - Selling.
P - Proposition.
This will make you incomparable to your competitors.
To 'Test and Identify' your 'U.S.P', Ask yourself this two questions;
1 - Why is my business existing?
2 - Why should people buy from me?
