Why People are Not Buying Your Products
If you are posting a lot of things on several social media groups, accounts and platforms and yet no one is buying, then I have a very simple 4 steps solution for you.
These are the four reasons people are not buying your products, the four reasons people are not buying your products online.
Reason number 1. No one wants what you are selling. So to fix that, find what people want to buy or what people are buying already and sell just that.
Reason number 2. Only the wrong people are seeing your products or offers. To fix that, you need to find a cheap way to identify your starving crowd – the people who are really dying to get what you have and also have the money to pay for it. I’ll come back to this later.
Reason number 3. Your audience doesn’t trust you. No one wants to be duped. No one wants to be a scam victim. No one wants to buy stolen items. That’s why 2 real, genuine relationships can be more beneficial to you in life than 20,000 social media followers who don’t care and know nothing about you apart from social media.
Reason number 4. Your prices are too high. If you can’t get a competitive price, please don’t sell it. You’ll be wasting your time for nothing. If you have something to sell and have access to the right audience, why allow your prices to stand on your way?
Now back to Reason number 2 – Getting in front of the right people.
What would an extra 10,000 WhatsApp contacts of confirmed Abuja residents do to your business?
Do you believe that if you show your products to 10,000 WhatsApp contacts of confirmed Abuja residents, that you would make more sales? These are contacts of business owners who own businesses in Abuja’s richest locations – Wuse II, Maitama, Asokoro, Gwarimpa, Garki, etc.
Do you believe that you can build a relationship with them via chats and calls? Do you believe that they can get to trust you gradually?
Let’s say you give yourself a target to chat with 300 of them per day, 300 new contacts chatted with daily. In 30 days, you would have chatted with 9,000 new people.
Let’s say you have only a 5% conversion. 5% of 9,000 is 450 sales per month.
If your income is only N1,000 because you have made your products affordable, you would have made N450,000.
