Your electricity company will collect,

Your landlord will collect,

Your car dealer will collect.

The supermarkets will collect.

The government will collect.

The hospital will collect,

Etc

But are you collecting your money from other people's pockets too? And are you collecting enough?

Just to be clear.

When I mean by Collecting yours is by providing something of value in exchange for the money.

Not by force or wayo.

You might go through a month and at the end,

You realize that you didn't make as much sales compared to previous month,

Or you scarcely made sales.

All entrepreneurs and business owners pass through this phase

But the danger is not knowing what went wrong.

To tackle this,

📌Find out from your community the reason for low engagements

📌Check your ads/sales copy and review what was wrong and improve on it

📌Check your lead magnet for what you can improve on or change all together.

I hope this helps someone.

Comment below reasons why you feel you might have had a bad sales month.

As an entrepreneur, you should know what customer avatar is.

But if you don't,

"A CUSTOMER AVATAR is simply a fictional representation of your ideal customer."

It is just a question of, "if I could a particular person to pay for my product/service, who would that person be?"

"What would that person look like?"

In any online business, you must know that whatever it is you're selling

It is not for everyone.

So it is necessary to identify who your product or service is for.

Basically, there are 5 things to consider when creating your customer avatar.

Check them out.

📌Gender preference is simply the particular gender/sex that your product or service is meant for.

It could also be for both. This is the first part of your customer avatar.

📌Age preference (or age range as I like to call it,) is determining the age group that your product or service is suitable for.

The reason for this is because selling a product that people of 13-30 years use, might not do well with people of say 60 years and above.

📌Location specification is also necessary to consider.

You cannot expect to make the same amount of sales,

selling sunblock in a hot region vs a cold region.

📌Considering the general occupation of your ideal clients, will go a long way in determining the kind of products that'll sell with them.

📌The final and most important one is PSYCHOGRAPHICS.

This is the pain point of your customer, it's the thing that keeps your customer up late at night.

Ask yourself, "what is my ideal customer's deepest pain, dream or desire?"

Then make your product/service the solution to their problem.

Do all these and your customer avatar will be rock solid.

Drop a comment if this helped you.
