Let Me Teach the Facebook Algorithm to Obey You...
Facebook doesn’t h@te you. It just doesn’t know how valuable you are… yet. You can train the Facebook algorithm to work in your favor. You can teach it to show your posts to more people organically, without begging or boosting.
Here’s how:
📌 Post When Your Audience Is Awake and Active
Posting at 2 AM won’t get you much. Use your Facebook Insights or simply notice when your posts do better usually between 7–9 AM, 12–2 PM, or 6–9 PM (depending on your audience).
Post when people are online and ready to engage.
📌 Use the First 2 Lines to Command Attention
Your intro is your hook. The algorithm loves it when people stop scrolling to read. So start with a question, a bold statement, or a relatable pain point.
📌 Create Conversations, Not Just Content
If your post sounds like a sermon or a press release, people scroll past it. But when you speak directly to the reader and ask questions, you get comments. And Facebook LOVES comments.
📌 Comment Within the First 30 Minutes
When you post, stay active. Reply to comments quickly. React to people’s thoughts. The algorithm notices early engagement, it’s like sending a signal:
“This post is hot! Push it further!”
📌 Don’t Just Drop Links
Facebook doesn’t want people leaving the app.
So when you post links (like YouTube or external websites), your reach might suffer.
📌 Use High-Quality Photos or Native Videos
Facebook prioritizes content that keeps people on the app. So instead of sharing TikToks or Instagram screenshots, upload native videos or Facebook Reels. Use clean, engaging photos with your posts.
📌 Be Consistent. Facebook Favors the Faithful.
The more consistent you are, the more the algorithm trusts you. Post at least 3–5 times a week. Mix it up, use text posts, pictures, carousels, reels, and stories.
You don’t need to fight the Facebook algorithm.
You just need to train it. Feed it. Talk to it in the language it understands: engagement, consistency, relevance, and value.
