I wouldn't say I covered the whole of Volta, but I tried my best to have the best of all the communities I covered. From Akatsi, Ho, Anloga, Aflao, keta. One of the most memorable things I did was to engage in their local dishes, street snacks (I did it scared) 😄 and Local farmers who are responsible for providing the fresh foods on our table.

I was once told that the of is an incredible place to be, and I am blessed to experience it. Now, I'm in the North, I can't wait to share my experience.

I’m honestly struggling to find the words to describe how stunning the Volta Region is!

From landscapes, the beach, and the highest man settlement in Amedzofe, which sits 2,460 feet above the sea.

Seeing how the sea salt is trapped and harvested has been one precious privilege for me.

I think I’m officially done with city tours for a while! I'm ok 😆

What do you know about the Nsibidi alphabet?

Just like Adinkra symbols are rooted in Ghana, and the Bété script belongs to the Bété people of Côte d’Ivoire, Nsibidi is deeply connected to the Ejagham people of present-day Cross River State, Nigeria.
Dating back to at least 400 AD, Nsibidi has long served as a powerful system of communication used for storytelling, record-keeping, and artistic expression.
