Instead of starting with “What do we want to sell?” start with a better question:
👉 What does the user actually want to accomplish?
When you focus on the user's goal, everything changes:
• Your product becomes more useful
• Your messaging becomes clearer
• Your customers feel understood
The businesses that win are not the ones that push products the hardest, they are the ones that solve user problems the best. So before building, marketing, or launching anything, pause and ask:
“What is the user really trying to achieve?”
Build around that answer.
