Stage 1 -Attract prospects

Stage 2- Convert prospects into customers.

Stage 3- Help customer have an amazing experience with product or service

Stage4- Get customer feedback for fine tuning.

Stage 5 -Create relationship to make customer a brand advocate so they spread the word.

What Is the Definition of Sales and Marketing?
Marketing is a process where a person identifies the needs and wants of people, determines and creates products or services that meet their needs and wants, how and where to deliver them, how to price them and how to promote the products. Sales is a process whereby one prospects peoples needs, finds a solution to them, recommends it to the people in need then advocates their product and sells it to them. In both, they then create a transaction for exchanging the product for a certain value to create satisfaction to the buyer.
