We’re looking to hire an Engagement Specialist — a creative and strategic thinker who understands the pulse of social media and knows how to cut through the noise.

🔹 Your Mission:
To represent our voice across Twitter and Facebook, crafting comments, responses, and posts that ignite curiosity, provoke thought, and pull audiences toward our vision (our page in this case).

You’ll be the first point of digital contact for many —
your words will be the bait that draws eyes, followers, and conversations to our movement.

🔹 What We’re Looking For:
• A deep understanding of how attention works in the social media ecosystem
• Proven ability to spark interest through witty, relevant, and purposeful engagement
• Awareness of sociopolitical issues and youth culture in Nigeria
• A strategic mind that can position our message in crowded digital spaces
• An instinct for virality — and authenticity
