A Job is an education that comes with a paycheck.

Why is Africa corrupt?

If your answer is illiteracy and poverty, you are wrong because the rich and educated are corrupt as well.

My answer is simply *fear*.

The life of the average African was shaped by fear and inability to believe in a better tomorrow.

No matter what an African has, he is still afraid it won't last
So he does everything in fear that he won't be able to secure the next day.

The fear guided his life into greed and greed is the seed that yields corruption.

We need to change how an average African thinks of wealth and his future.

The only part they told us about entrepreneurship was that we would be our own bosses.

They never told us that we would fail many times before we succeed.
They never told us that we would work 5 times more than our employees and not get anything sometimes.
They never told us that this would cripple our credit score. That we will be in debt and owe alot of people money.
No one said anything about the sleepless nights trying to figure out a way forward.
No one told us about the stress and anxiety.

No one told us that this will cause conflict between us and or relatives and family members.
No one told us that we would be jokes to the society especially when we start changing from one business to another.

No one told us that sometimes we will go six months without any income. Living in the edge and surviving through borrowing money from different people.

No one told us we would be hobos at some point.
No one told us that our wife's and girlfriend's would leave us because they will not understand our journey.

No one told us that we will have to be more than patient.
That we would make so many mistakes end up losing alot of money.
That at some point we would have to risk our lives in order to move forward.

We had to figure this out all by ourselves.
Many gave up on the journey.
Some died on the journey.

But some of us after going through so much pain we decided that we were going to succeed or die trying .
Some of us we are never giving up on this no matter what. We are now doing it and very aware of the circumstances.
It's win or nothing for us and it's too late to go back now.

We are entrepreneurs!!

1. Life doesn't wait for you to be okay. Get up everyday and keep pushing through.

2. Never force anyone to choose you. You'll learn the art to spend time alone

3. Master your emotions. A calm mind can handle any situation.

4. To avoid disappointment, you need to take people for who they're not for what you want them to be.

5. Everyone will show you who they're, just give them time

6. You're at peace with yourself when you mind your own business.

7. Ensure you take good care of yourself, if anything happens to you, the world will move on.

8. Nobody cares, work hard to get better everyday.

9. If you don't work to build your own dream, someone will hire you and give you a purpose.

10. Free yourself from the society's advice, most of them have no idea of what they're doing.

11. 30 years is too long to sit in an office being told what to do.

12. You shouldn't frequently take advice from people who're not where you want to be in life.

13. Life's is 100% better when no one know anything about you

14. You become 10x smarter when you quit the news and put politics out of your topics, unless it is your official occupation or it benefits you positively

15. You need to be smart enough to create your opportunities, don't wait for them to come to you.

CLIENT – How much will it cost to do this job?
CONTRACTOR - 1.5million
CLIENT – That’s too expensive for this job!
CONTRACTOR – How much do you think it should cost?
CLIENT – 800k max! It’s a simple job!
CONTRACTOR – I can’t do the job for so little.
CLIENT – People in your line of work wants to make a huge profit!
CONTRACTOR – I’m sorry you feel this way. Why don’t you do the job?
CLIENT – But, but, I don’t know how to do any of that.
CONTRACTOR – For 300k, I can teach you everything you need to know to do the job. You can then use 800k to do the job, and you’re still saving 400k . Also, you will obtain all the knowledge and the experience for the next time you need to do this job.
CLIENT – Deal!
CONTRACTOR – Great! To start, you need to buy tools. You will need a chipping hammer, a nail gun, a laser, a drill, a mixer machine, Grinder, PPE, and some other things.
CLIENT – But, I don’t have any of those tools and I can’t buy all that for just one job!
CONTRACTOR – Ok. I can rent you my tools for another 150k. You’re still saving 250k.
CLIENT – That’s cutting my savings, but I will rent your tools.
CONTRACTOR – Perfect! I’ll be back Saturday and we can start.
CLIENT – Wait! I can’t Saturday. I only have time today.
CONTRACTOR – I’m sorry, I only teach others on Saturdays. I have to prioritize my time and my tools needs to be in other jobs I have during the week.
CLIENT – Ok then. I will sacrifice my family’s plans on Saturday.
CONTRACTOR – Right, me too! Oh, I forgot. If you’re going to do the job yourself, you need to buy the materials. There’s a high demand nowadays, so your best bet is to get a truck and be at the hardware store by 6am before other contractors get there.
CLIENT – AT SIX IN THE MORNING? On Saturday? That’s too early for me. I don’t even have a truck!
CONTRACTOR – I guess you’ll have to rent one. By the way, do you have some helpers to help you load the truck?
CLIENT – You know what? I’ve been thinking. Probably it's better for you to do the job. It’s better to pay you to do the job right and not having to go through all that hassle.
CONTRACTOR – Good thinking. Sign here and let me get to work.

This is the truth.

People are not just paying for a job, they are paying for knowledge, experience, tools, time, family sacrifices, and other things you bring to the table. They pay for their Convenience.
