What are some things mentally strong person alwayd do?

They Solve Problems Immediately - Or at least they make a plan for when and how they will handle the problem if they cannot do it now. Leaving things for later still takes up the mental space to remember it and will distract you from the other things you plan to do.

They Get Help - Mentally strong people tend to delegate the small problems while seeking the advice and help of smarter people to help with the bigger ones. They know they do not have to do it alone, so why would they?

They Choose Their Battles - With only 24 hours in a day and only so much energy, there’s only so much they can give their attention to. Prioritizing is key, choosing their fight is crucial, and managing ones own resources and energy is vital to remain mentally empowered when one needs to be.

They Take Care Of Their Body - The mind takes in ~20% of the resources we put into our body. Think about what you are feeding your mind and how well it will do with what you feed it.

They Keep An Eye On The Bigger Picture - A large part of what makes mentally strong people seem so certain is their ability to discern what matters. Remember why you are doing what you are doing, who you want to be in the end, and what matters to you and you will find you’ll get roped into negative situations far less often.

They Work On Their Self-Worth - Without a strong support system within themselves, they will get lost as soon as something begins to shake them. To remain strong in a storm they must build a stronger foundation.

They Do Not Try To Please - Or rather; they are aware that there is no best choice. Because of this they are often not afraid to take responsibility. Not because they are not afraid of making a mistake, but rather because they grew comfortable with the idea that mistakes are inevitable.

They Act More Than They Think - A large part of your actions are limited by overthinking. You often figure out the solution very early on but do not act because you want to find a better way. However, that “better way” almost never comes, and even when it does, one better way is not enough to make up for all the actions you robbed yourself of by waiting.

They Take Control Over Their Own Mind - What this means is that they do not relinquish this control to the TV or the internet. They choose where to spend their time, thoughts and energy. To keep doing this and to stay strong in this they limit their time being distracted, for they know that they will fall victim to the sparkling lights of distractions, procrastination and mental unrest otherwise.

They Know How To Regulate Themselves - Be this in the large picture or in the very moment, those that are mentally strong can regulate their mental space immediately. Taking deep breaths when needed, relaxing, or taking time off all become tools they regularly use, but also specifically use to stay in their strongest state.

They Set Boundaries - Not only with others but also with themselves. They have clear rules for their life and uphold those boundaries even if it leads to a confrontation, for that confrontation creates stability. The person that always changes their mind cannot be relied upon by anyone, including themselves.

They Understand They Are Not Important - Whether they are criticized or someone gets emotional in their presence, the mentally strong person understands that they are not the center of the universe for everyone. They are not important to some and do not pretend they are. This allows them to receive others in any emotional state, accept almost all criticism, and move on without taking anything too personally.

If you think about success and confidence,you will feel strong and competent,and you will perform better at whatever you attempt.if you think about making mistakes or being embarrassed,you will perform poorly,no matter how good you really are.

Pictures and images,form your imagination or from the external influences,produce ideas,emotions,and attitudes that will correspond to them.they then trigger actions that bring about certain results and outcomes.the thought of a person or situation can cause you to instantly feel happy or sad,elated or angry, loving or lonely.

Some people move light years if you don't talk to them for a couple of months, while others stay more or less the same for 3, 4, 5 years or longer.

📌Stay Challenged

By staying challenged you do not slip into the dangerous comfort zone. You can stay challenged by:

• Doing anything that you don't know how to do.

• Doing more than you have time for.

This makes your brain cells work in creative ways for you to figure out new things and how to incorporate them into your life.

It's always better to have an audacious goal.

If your goals are mediocre and small, you will slip into distractions and routine work.

📌Find the right Mentor

Typical, run-of-the-mill bosses cannot be a good guide or teacher. You have to work towards finding your Mentor.
A CEO of a big company is not going to come and chat with you in your cubicle about how you can get to where they are now. It's your job to seek them out.

Spend time with friends who motivate you and bring out your best behavior and habits, rather than those who lull you into being mediocre and are just fun to have a drink with.

It is very easy to slouch around and enjoy life, forgetting about your health and future, but it is your job to moderate yourself, use your willpower and minimize any indulgence that can harm you.
Taking breaks and relaxing should enhance our lives, not fracture it.
