How I handle my stressful day 😩😩

Stressed days hit people differently. And with my kind of work ehn, I’m always stressed.

So at intervals I take breaks, probably to watch movies.

Netflix is my go to for movies, I watch movies to calm myself.

If I'm not watching movies, then I listen to music, especially if I’m tired and I want to keep working, I listen to music. I listen to pop music, mostly foreign. My top artist is Ed Sheeran.

But most importantly, when you're stressed, you should stop working totally and get some rest.
