HOW DO YOU KNOW WHO'S IN CONTROL?

The one who asks the most questions in a Conversation is in control!
Once the prospect becomes the questionnaire of that conversation,
It simply means you've lost control of the conversation
And lost the sale as well.
So, be the questionnaire, avoid talking too much in the name of trying to convince him/ her, ask very important question that will draw out the information you seek from your prospects and as he or she talks listen carefully, that's when you'll be able to help them. That's your goal, right?
