How to Grow Your Investments
1. Have a vision: There is a need for people oriented vision. There must be a need to identify one problem you want to solve for the people. You must try to find out why those problems persist and ways to solve them. It must be a vision that last beyond your generation. Then have a well organized plan that will enable you to solve those problems.
2. Gather relevant information: Schedule some time to carry out research, to find out what has been done in the past to solve the problem, identify major contributions and people that made those contributions. You can look for ways to talk to successful people in those areas, carry out interview, use questionnaires to gain insights from them. In addition, find out current trends in the field this can be obtained from magazines, journals, periodicals, seminars, symposiums etc.
3. Team formation: Look for people with similar vision and work with them. Create a platform that enables you to discuss and share your ideas with members of your team and vice versa. This will enable greater team work to achieve the desired goal.
4. Be determined to be successful and be ready to motivate others: Do not think everything will work out on its own. There will be ups and downs along the way , so get into action to know what needs to be done to succeed. Be ready to motivate people in your team that together “we can achieve the goals of the company”.

1. Lack of feedback: Most business owners are not conscious of how their customers feel about their products. Their main focus is to just sell products, but in the business world there is need to get feedbacks from your customers. Feedbacks will include their level of satisfaction, product price, and what can be done to improve the quality of products.
2. Inadequate advertisement of the product: When business owners discover that they are making more sales, they tend to reduce their advertisement level. Then money is diverted to other areas. Though is good to divert cash to other aspects but the publicity of products must be a major priority for public awareness. 3. Poor product delivery: Internet has made our world a global village where people from different places can interact and do business. 1. Learn to love other people. Many bad personalities develop because people do not want to forgive each other and find themselves overwhelmed with hate and anger. Try to find love for everyone. Treat other people the way you want to be treated.

2. Ask questions. Being an inquisitive person is part about caring for other people, and it will also make you a more interesting person in turn. Try to find out what others find interesting and important. You’ll learn a lot and you’ll help them feel valued.
