Letter ✉️ to the Governor of Delta State, His excellency Governor Sheriff..
Dear Governor Sir,
We thank you for the ongoing projects around Delta state and we appreciate the good work sir.
Governor Sheriff Sir.
We the ordinary deltans are pleading that you also look into the massive increase in the House Rent in Delta state. We can no longer afford the high cost of living particularly the rent.
Living in Delta state particularly Asaba and warri is like hanging your self on a tree,
Ordinary 2-Bedroom in Asaba or warri is 1.5million upwards.. the most annoying part is agent, agreement, caution fees and lawyers fee is still not included for some.
How much do we earn as salary in Delta state.
Sir we need you to help regulate it.
The landlords And Agents are now looking like the devil hunting deltans and we need assistance to look into it and help regulate the price of house rent in Delta state.
Sir We understand that you are a very busy governor but sir, we need you to help us to look into this situation.
