A Life Scenario from My Mentor.
A few years ago, I met two friends with the same dream—to own land.
The first person kept saying, "I'll buy when I have more money."
The second person decided to start with what he could afford. He bought a plot in a developing area and remained patient.
Years passed.
The first friend was still waiting because the prices had gone beyond his budget.
The second friend watched the value of his land increase as roads were constructed, new buildings emerged, and businesses moved into the area.
The difference wasn't luck.
It was a decision.
One of the biggest lessons real estate has taught me is that opportunities don't wait forever. As communities grow and infrastructure improves, property values often change with them.
This doesn't mean every piece of land is a good investment. That's why proper research, due diligence, and professional guidance are essential before making any purchase.
