"FAILURE IS NOT FATAL"
Winston Churchill is famously known as being the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom from October 26th, 1951 through April 6th, 1955, and is often credited with several very popular quotes about failure such as “Success is not final, failure is not fatal: it is the courage to continue that counts,” and, “Success consists of going from failure to failure without loss of enthusiasm.

In 1893, Churchill applied to attend the Royal Military College in Sandhurst. He failed that exam 2 times, and on the third try, he succeeded, but only after changing from the infantry division to the cavalry division, which had a lower threshold for entrance. However, he excelled during his tenure there.

During his political career, he lost a total of 5 elections, including his very first one, which included three elections in a row during the years of 1922 through 1924. Throughout his life, he battled clinical depression. He also had a severe lateral lisp, and had trouble speaking and making speeches at times, having dentures manufactured to help repair the impediments his speech caused.

However, Churchill was also one of the most successful and renowned politicians to have ever lived.

"SUCCESS IS FAILURE IN PROGRESS..."

As a child, he could not speak fluently till the age of nine after he was expelled from school, he was told his memory was like a sieve due to his notoriously poor memory.
Albert Einstein is a well known scientist and extraordinary genius known all over the world.
He quoted that "success is a failure in progress and someone who has never failed cannot truly be a successful person". His admission to Zurich polytechnic was not even considered but he proved himself as a renowned gem in the field of science and technology and he finally won the Noble prize for physics in 1921.

Never Let Challenges Of Life Weigh You Down
Tyler Perry had a rough childhood. He was physically and sexually abused growing up, got kicked out of high school, and tried to commit su***de twice—once as a pr***en and again at 22. At 23 he moved to Atlanta and took up odd jobs as he started working on his stage career.
In 1992 he wrote, produced, and starred in his first theater production, I Know I’ve Been Changed. Perry put all his savings into the show and it failed miserably. The run lasted just one weekend and only 30 people came to watch. He kept up with the production, working more odd jobs and often slept in his car to get by. Six years later, Perry finally broke through when, on its seventh run, the show became a success. He’s since gone on to have an extremely successful career as a director, writer, and actor. In fact, Perry was named Forbes’ highest paid man in entertainment in 2011.

My great concern is not whether you have failed, but whether you are content with your failure. - Abraham Lincoln
Abraham Lincoln was no stranger to rejection and failure. He failed in business in 1831, suffered a nervous breakdown in 1836, defeated in his run for president in 1856. Rather than taking these signs as a motivation for surrender, he refused to stop trying his best.
Lincoln was elected in 1861 as the 16th President of the United States of America

We don't look backwards for very long. We keep moving forward, opening up new doors and doing new things - Walt Disney
Mickey Mouse creator Walt Disney dropped out of school at a young age in a failed attempt at joining the army.
One of his earlier ventures, Laugh-O-Gram Studios, went bankrupt due to his lack of ability to run a successful business. He was once fired from Missouri newspaper for not being creative enough.
Yet today, the genius behind Disney Studios is responsible for generations of childhood memories and dreams. From Snow-white to Frozen, Disney will continue to entertain the world for generations to come.

Don’t Give In To Rejection
Colonel Harland David Sander was 65 years old when he found himself bankrupt after his restaurant business had failed.
He drove around in his car, pleading with diner and restaurant owners to use his fried chicken recipe. The deal was that for every piece of chicken sold, they were to give him a nickel as a commission.
He was turned down 1009 times before a restaurant agreed to use his recipe, which he called Kentucky Fried Chicken.
Today, Colonel Sanders is an iconic figure representing one of the tastiest fried chicken in the world.
