Early last month I tried following an intermediate chest workout routine from the "home workout" app and I failed to complete even 20% of the workout so I decided to do at least 200 pushups everyday
To be sincere I skipped some days due to lack of motivation, but with every push up I saw progress and overtime 200 push ups became less strenuous and sometimes I do more pushups.
I'm happy to say that I tried the same workout routine from the Home Workout App today and I was able to complete the entire routine with 15miutes.
Seeing results from being consistent is it's own reward πππ.
