I’ll Be Honest: I Judge Events, Job Openings, and Brands by Their Design.

And I’m not saying this just because I’m a graphic designer.

There’s something deeper happening here. When I see an excellently crafted promotional material, job posting, or event flyer, there’s this immediate feeling, this sense of intentionality that hits different. It whispers “international standard.” It screams “we take ourselves seriously.”

When a brand shows up with mediocre design, my brain automatically files them under “probably cuts corners elsewhere too.” But when they show up with excellence? Everything changes.
