FUD Consultancy Services Limited (FUDCONS) is a limited liability company established in 2014 and registered as RC1185628 with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC). Its corporate headquarters is at federal university dutse, along Ibrahim aliyu bye-pass dutse jigawa state. The firm has the mandate to run non degree programmes and to organize workshops, conferences and seminars, it also provides consultancy and training services in various fields as demanded by both local and international organizations. An articulated research work on the degree of under development and the level of poverty in our society , finding reveal that human capital are grossly underutilized due to inadequate capacity building services resulting to wrong skills placement. If the human potentials can be effectively guided and the natural resources adequately exploited a meaningful and sustainable development can be attained for the states and the nation as a whole. Individual development through proper training services particularly in our rural societies is a pre-requisite for a meaningful manpower development of the entire society. It is in view of this that the manpower training unit of our consultancy services firm was established to address this issues for a positive shift to improve the living conditions of the entire populace
