To d few pple saying VDM doesn't complete cases. D Truth is, he can only touch d case, then hand it over to d police, or courts. He can't complete any case on his own even if he wants to, he is not a court judge. Even police touch cases, and hand them over to d courts. Only courts can complete any case whatsoever. Tenk u.
