We don’t take on volumes of work. To ensure excellent client communication and great results, we commit our time and energy to just a handful of projects at a time. Using as much detail as possible, we work closely with our clients to understand their business and its ambitions, culture and challenges so that we can help them assess and define their 'real' marketing needs. By definition, 'design' is the process of giving form to an idea. Our belief is that translating great ideas into great design solutions requires a process-oriented approach. Design: create creative concepts that work consistently across all communications, assisted by project management
Deliver: complete on time and within budget, measure effectiveness, review and nurture. A step-by-step approach is necessary for the design process since it is a process. To begin, we discuss your communication objectives and develop a proposal tailored to your needs. After an agreement is reached, we develop conceptual treatments of the preferred solution and present them for approval. Upon approval, we move into production, asking for your feedback and signing off at regular intervals. To conclude the project collaboration, we handover an archive of project assets and conduct a debriefing session.
