I was just flying through my friend's list last night and I realized I have an army of Facebook friends who I don't know and who don't know me.

I really want us to fix that.

4. 𝐁𝐞 𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐧 𝐭𝐨 𝐠𝐫𝐨𝐰𝐭𝐡
Be ready to unlearn and relearn👌 When you notice you've been trying things over a long period of time,yet no results;go back to the drawing board.
Reevaluate your strategies. Find out what you could be doing wrong. Be open to learning new things because things get obsolete. What was selling 5 years ago is not what is selling today.
5 years ago,mouth-to-mouth👭 selling used to be a thing but today technology has evolved,you can now have a store online without even owning a physical shop.
Learn to evolve as technology evolves. When you see an opportunity that can help grow your business, take hold of that opportunity eben if it means paying for it.

I visited a popular Amala buka🍲🍲 in Ibadan yesterday,everyone knows this place- Amala Skye. People travel far and wide just to have a taste of the Amala.. It is indeed worth the hype. While eating,I remembered in had always known this same Amala buka even while I was very young,when the buka still used wooden chairs and tables🔨🔨 to accommodate its customers. It had been ages since I last went there to eat Amala,but something was different this time. Everywhere had been refurbished, foreign and more comfortable settees to suit their class of customers. Meanwhile some companies and offices choose to remain the way they were 5/6 years ago.
85% of businesses die within the first one year because of lack of capital and without capital,you can't scale your business. This is why you should always plough back every profit you make back into growing your business.
You can tell a vibrant business from a skeletal one simply because one chose to put back income generated back into growing the business.

6. 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐧 𝐡𝐨𝐰 𝐭𝐨 𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐥
Selling is the most important skill you should learn to be able to make money. Your selling skills differentiates you from your competitors. Selling is the ability to position your products in such a way that you have people who are hungry to buy that product(traffic), you know where to meet such people(marketing),you know what to say and how to say it to make them pull out their cards💳💳 and give you their money💸(copywriting and sales closing).

𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗥𝗘𝗣𝗥𝗘𝗡𝗘𝗨𝗥𝗦;𝗚𝗘𝗧 𝗜𝗡 𝗛𝗘𝗥𝗘💺, 𝗧𝗛𝗜𝗦 𝗜𝗦 𝗙𝗢𝗥 𝗬𝗢𝗨📌.

Over the weeks,I've had aspiring entrepreneurs and new entrepreneurs ask me for tips to start out well as an entrepreneur. I decided to share 6 of them but will discuss 3 with you today. I hope it helps. So let's get right into it👇👇

𝗥𝗨𝗟𝗘𝗦 𝗙𝗢𝗥 𝗡𝗘𝗪 𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗥𝗘𝗣𝗥𝗘𝗡𝗘𝗨𝗥𝗦 - 𝗣𝗥𝗔𝗖𝗧𝗜𝗖𝗔𝗟 𝗧𝗜𝗣𝗦 𝗙𝗢𝗥 𝗦𝗧𝗔𝗥𝗧𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗥𝗜𝗚𝗛𝗧 (𝗣𝗔𝗥𝗧 𝗜)
1. BE CONSISTENT - SHOW UP EVERYDAY
Consistency is the fool proof to success in any Venture;that is your ability to show up everyday whether you feel like it or not.
Some days the ginger is not there,you feel less motivated😢😢 and tired. It seems like all the effort you put into your business is a waste;no one listens to you;no one buys from you. You might even think of taking a break😩.

I just want you to know that it is okay to feel this way,even the most successful business owners feel this way at some point.
But what matters most is what you make most of that situation. Knowing that it is not the time to let your emotions weigh you down for soo long.

Even when you feel tired,get up and do something.
The reality is that people are watching👀
Everyone is waiting to see whether what you are doing is truly profitable. Most of them are just spectators👀, waiting to see if you would succeed in that business,work even when you don't feel like,so that soon enough you will get results and they will start to believe in you-in your business,but you can only get results by showing up everyday.

2. BELIEVE IN WHAT YOU ARE SELLING💪
Lack of belief is what crumbles most business owners,they don't think their product is good enough.
They don't think people can afford to buy what they are selling. If you don't believe in what you sell ,how do you expect your customers to believe that your product will solve their problems? 😎

People sense confidence from afar off,👂👂confidence in the way you talk about your product. They can tell if you are confident about what you sell. If you know that what you sell is the answer to your customers prayers,why don't you back it up with confidence.
You can't convince someone to buy what you don't believe in. Approach selling your products with a different mindset and level of confidence today.

3. HAVE A MENTOR✔✔
A and B are to travel to an unknown destination. A has a google map and B doesn't. Who do you think will get to his destination faster?
A will, because has a guide. In the same vein,a mentor is a guide who will help direct you in your entrepreneurial journey.
A lot of business owners overlook this. They don't see a need to have someone who has walked the same path they are currently in and this is why the shelf life of most start ups doesn't go beyond 1 year. You need someone who has gone through the same challenges you might be facing in your business and came out with results.
Not everything is Googleable.👂
Have a mentor in your line of business. They are there to shorten your learning curve. Have someone you can always approach o ask questions and seek direction.

𝟯 𝗘𝗔𝗦𝗬 𝗦𝗧𝗘𝗣𝗦 𝗧𝗢 𝗔𝗖𝗛𝗜𝗘𝗩𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗬𝗢𝗨𝗥 𝗚𝗢𝗔𝗟𝗦 𝗔𝗡𝗗 𝗛𝗔𝗩𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗔 𝗣𝗥𝗢𝗗𝗨𝗖𝗧𝗜𝗩𝗘 𝗗𝗔𝗬

Do you notice how you set out to achieve a lot for the day,yet at the end of the day only few or nothing gets done at all. You never meet up with your target so you have to move all undone tasks till the next day?

Chances are that you've been doing it all wrong,how do I know this?
1. Do you write out your goals in order of priority?
I'm sure you say to yourself:I know all I want to do jare,no need to write it down. Day after day passes,yet nothing achieved. You see. I have discovered that when you write your goals down and break them in order of priority, you achieve maximally.

2. Do you set a time to accomplish each task?
It doesn't just end at writing each task in order of priority, you should also set a time frame.

What should you be doing between the hours of 10-10:30?. Setting a time frame keeps you on your toes.

I know you're asking, what happens when I don't finish my task within the time frame given? Yes this happens a whole lot but I advice you just leave it. If you don't complete a task within the time frame given,just leave it and go to the next task. You will achieve maximally rather than just dwelling on one.

3. Tick all tasks as soon as you're done with them.
A lot of people don't know this one and it works for me very well.
Once I accomplish a task,I tick it or mark it as done. That way I feel accomplished and fulfilled and gives me ginger to move unto the next.

Have you ever been scrolling on Social media and you see an advert that literally screams your name or speaks to your innermost desires?
That's the power of the right targeting
Knowing your ideal customer is the first step to selling your products better. It will help you write advert copies that will convert better.
You need to know that everyone is not your customer. If you're selling baby wears,who do you think are more likely to buy from you? Certainly not babies.

That's why knowing who your product is for is very important.
But first before I show you 9 𝑤𝑎𝑦𝑠 𝑡𝑜 𝑖𝑑𝑒𝑛𝑡𝑖𝑓𝑦 𝑦𝑜𝑢𝑟 𝑖𝑑𝑒𝑎𝑙 𝑎𝑢𝑑𝑖𝑒𝑛𝑐𝑒, 𝑦𝑜𝑢 need to know these important things about your dream buyer
You need to know your dream buyers intimately; know their fears,dreams,hope and desires. To do this,you will need to create what is called a 𝗖𝗨𝗦𝗧𝗢𝗠𝗘𝗥 𝗔𝗩𝗔𝗧𝗔𝗥.

CUSTOMER AVATAR is a representation of your ideal customer, that is;the type of person you want to buy your product or service.
𝗦𝗼 𝗵𝗼𝘄 𝗱𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗲𝘃𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀?

You will need to answer these important questions carefully and accurately.
𝟭. 𝗪𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗱𝗼𝗲𝘀 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗱𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗯𝘂𝘆𝗲𝗿 𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝘂𝘁?
Both offline and online. You have to be specific. Saying Facebook is too general but Value Hut group on Facebook or a personal development group like John Obidi is more specific.

𝟮. 𝗪𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗱𝗼𝗲𝘀 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗱𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗯𝘂𝘆𝗲𝗿 𝗴𝗲𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗶𝗿 𝗶𝗻𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺?
Is it Google,Facebook, Twitter,You tube? It will help you know where to meet them

𝟯. 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗶𝗿 𝗯𝗶𝗴𝗴𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗳𝗿𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻?
What keeps them up at night. It could be to loose that stubborn belly fat or to make more money or to travel out of the country. Whatever it is,you need to find out.

𝟰. 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗶𝗿 𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗿𝗲𝘀, 𝗱𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗺𝘀,𝗵𝗼𝗽𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗮𝘀𝗽𝗶𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀.

𝟱. 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗶𝗿 𝗯𝗶𝗴𝗴𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗳𝗲𝗮𝗿?
Knowing their fears are very important. People are motivated more when you talk about their pains or problems than about their desires.

𝟲. 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗶𝗿 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺 𝗼𝗳 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻?
E.g texts,Emails,WhatsApp DM's. You need to meet them where they are comfortable
communicating.

7. What language do they use?
This includes their slangs,language.

𝟴. 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗱𝗼𝗲𝘀 𝗮 𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗶𝗿 𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗲 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗸 𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲?
This will help you know when to send a message. Imagine selling something to office workers and you're sending a message by 10am while they are still at work.

𝟵. 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗺 𝗵𝗮𝗽𝗽𝘆?
It could be sending a message on their birthdays,anniversary with your brand logo on it.
